Offering
Midships Accelerator Delivery
Idem is an authorised delivery partner of Midships Global, a specialist identity and security consulting firm with deep expertise in Ping Identity and Keycloak platform delivery.
This offering combines accelerator licence access with a structured implementation engagement - one provider, one commercial arrangement, one point of accountability for the outcome.
The Problem This Solves
Identity platform projects routinely take longer and cost more than planned. A significant part of that is the time spent building delivery infrastructure that has nothing to do with the business outcome - configuration frameworks, local development environments, CI/CD pipelines, testing harnesses.
The Midships accelerators eliminate that setup cost. They provide a proven engineering foundation that teams can build on immediately, rather than spending the first weeks of a project constructing the scaffolding.
What Is Included
PingOne AIC Accelerator
A production-ready engineering foundation for PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud deployments. Includes a configuration-as-code framework, multi-environment management, CI/CD pipeline integration, and a structured local development model that allows engineers to build and test identity configuration safely before promoting to shared environments.
Ping AIS Accelerator
Equivalent engineering foundations for Ping Advanced Identity Services. Includes the same local development model and structured promotion pipeline approach, adapted for the AIS deployment model.
Keycloak Accelerator
Engineering baseline and delivery framework for Keycloak deployments in enterprise and cloud-native environments. Provides configuration-as-code structure, environment management, and delivery governance for teams operating Keycloak at scale.
How the Engagement Works
Each accelerator delivery follows a structured engagement model:
Licence - Accelerator licence is procured through Idem as an authorised reseller of Midships Global.
Setup and configuration - Idem deploys and configures the accelerator against your specific environment, platform version, and delivery requirements.
Team enablement - Your engineering team is onboarded to the accelerator
- how it works, how to extend it, and how to operate it day to day.
Handover - The engagement closes with a working, configured delivery foundation and a team that knows how to use it.
Optional ongoing advisory support is available as a retainer following handover.
Who This Is For
- Organisations implementing PingOne AIC, Ping AIS, or Keycloak for the first time
- Teams inheriting an existing identity platform that lacks engineering discipline and delivery structure
- Consulting and delivery organisations looking to reduce implementation variance and improve margins across identity engagements
